CANCELLATIONS

Dear members and friends,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome two new members, Alexa Ogburn and
Dr. Katherine Powell, to our lodge.
It is summer time and several people will enjoy a vacation in cooler climates and I
wish them safe and happy travels. As you will notice, we are featuring several DVDs by
William Meader. William has been a frequent speaker at The Theosophical Society in
America and when you see his presentations you will know why he is a much sought after
lecturer.
Thank you all for making June 16th a great fundraiser. I especially thank those who
volunteered their time and talent to help make it a success; and those who sent in
‘donations’ for the acquisition of new chairs for the lodge. It is so appreciated!
Due to this being a ‘travel’ season, please check your email on Thursdays for weekly
updates sent out by Sam, noting any cancellations or changes in classes.
Wishing you all a relaxing summer… allowing the silence to speak to you.

capable of, and responsible for, contributing to the benefit of the whole.
Not only does the Society have a vision of union with one another, and a mission of exploration,
but also an ethic of putting these high ideals into action.
Membership in the Theosophical Society is open to those who are in sympathy with its three
objects.

There is no charge for any of our programs. We operate entirely by donations. They help us
to maintain our Center and to continue our work of spreading the message of theosophy. All
donations are tax deductible under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, section 501(c)(3).
If you are in sympathy with our 3 objectives (see below), we cordially invite you to
become a member of the Theosophical Society. You may pick up an application any time
at our counter. Members receive 25% discount on all purchases plus access to our
Lending Library. More importantly, membership is an outward sign of your inward
commitment to the ideals and the work of the Theosophical Society.
